B E S T Soccer provides players with superior soccer instruction from mature, experienced, licensed British coaches. In England, most of the coaches are teachers, semi-pro footballers, or full-time academy coaches. Each member of our staff must hold the Union of European Football Association license (UEFA) or the NSCAA equivalent. Our coaches have the knowledge and skill to adapt our coaching curriculum to all ages and soccer abilities. They work with children year round. Our staff uses innovative training techniques to motivate players to perform above their expectations.
Each daily session includes foot skills, technical drills, tactical practices, small-sided games, coached scrimmages, and a daily tournament. Skills are learned through passive then active pressure and then perfected with a game related activity. Players are challenged each and every session. All this is accomplished while still promoting sportsmanship and fun!
A friendly, fun, stimulating introduction to dribbling, stopping and controlling the ball. This is a real confidence builder for your little soccer player!
-One hour per day for four to five days
Learn the basics of soccer by way of fun games, small-sided play, and challenging skill-building activities.
-Three hours per day for four or five days
Improve fundamental skills-control, passing, dribbling, shooting, and heading-by way of small-sided play, passive play/pressure, and fun games.
-Three of six hours per day for four or five days
Advanced fundamentals which are placed into game-like situations. Featuring technical and tactical practices in match related environments.
-Three or six hours per day for four or five days
Players are challenged to learn technical and tactical aspects of the game. Field positions, creating space, and technique under pressure are taught by way of conditioned games.
- Three or six hours per day for four or five days
Get an edge on your competition! Customized program focusing on attacking and defending as a unit. Players will learn how to change the pace of the game through set pieces, support play, creating space, penetrating runs, weak side runs and pattern play, and finishing, by way of game situations.
Specialized training for experienced goalies or for players who want to become a goalie. Learn the following skills: diving, highballs, stance, shot stopping, throwing and kicking distribution, reading the attack, organizing the defense, breakaway saves, and narrowing angles
A staff of seasoned professionals can provide your club with unbiased feedback on players at tryouts. BEST Soccer is available to organize the entire tryout or to just assist with the tryouts.
A flexible and customizable club-coaching program based on your organization's requirements. BEST Soccer can provide instruction from 6 weeks to 10 weeks, with no minimum hours required.
Customized to the experience level of coaches/parents.

During the training week, young players learn soccer fundamentals through fun games and small-sided play. While older, more competitive players will learn how to make better decisions about when and where to dribble, pass, shoot and move.

Methuen Youth Soccer has been partnering with BEST Soccer Training for the past seven years. These seven years have been nothing but exceptionally positive and productive. BEST English Soccer Training helped turn Methuen's summer soccer program around in the right direction. We have seen growth every year since their initial contracted year.
Prior to BEST, Methuen used MLS for our soccer training. The summer program run by MLS was acceptable with regards to the skills curriculum. However, there were some issues we had and we know of other towns that have the same issues. MLS tends to hire young tracers. We have had experiences with the young trainers that affected their performance. BEST, for the most part hires seasoned, mature adults as their trainers. They take their jobs very seriously and are committed to meeting the town's needs and desires.
The number of kids who attended last August's programs was just short of 200. Several of the kids attended more than one program last summer. BEST always received very high scores.
The evening team program was maxed out given the number of tracers we arranged for. Each team participating realized incredible benefits the first few weeks into the season. Again, BEST delivered.
As you can see, I'm a BEST fan. The number one reason is not their program, curriculum, t-shirts, ball or accents. The number one reason is they are great people to work with.

We have enjoyed having Paul Mumby and his coaches come to Adams, MA for the last six years. Children from Kindergarten through high school participated every summer and they all had a most enjoyable time. The various coaches instruct the campers with fun and educational drills and games at each skill level. They are very enthusiastic and they make sure each and every child has fun and learns some new skills to take away at the end of the week. The host families enjoy having the coaches stay with them, its a unique opportunity. We are looking forward to soccer camp again this August. I highly recommend soccer clubs to have BEST Soccer Training visit their town.

Millbury Soccer Club is now going into its fourth summer soccer camp with Best English Soccer Training. It is a program that our club looks forward to each summer and opens its door to the youth of all ages in the area to attend. Players and parents alike enjoy the program and the Coaches from the UK put an added spin on the atmosphere with their English accents keeping players interested and fascinated.
Most of all it is a fun learning experience for all players with well-qualified coaches showing the way. We have seen our attendance increase each camp, which is great for our program and for the game of soccer. Many of the coaches from the UK are returnees from our prior camps and the coaches, players and parents remember each others names so we are not only building soccer players but also building friendships from overseas.
Our town of Millbury is fortunate enough to have Paul Mumby as a resident and he has been instrumental in building up the game of soccer in the area not only by his training but also by his personality and coaching expertise. Paul and his group of coaches have made our camp a joy to have each summer. They are a great group to work with.
